Holiday Day Camp
Held annually between Christmas and New Years in Kalispell, MT, our Holiday Grief Camp is a 1-Day supportive program designed for families navigating loss during the holiday season — a time that can intensify feelings of grief.
This unique camp is open to children, teens and adults and is completely free thanks to our supporters. It offers a compassionate space for individuals and families to come together, honor their loved ones, and explore their grief in healthy and age-appropriate ways. Through guided activities, participants recognize that all feelings are valid and they are not alone in their journey.

Holiday Day Camp Schedule
Good Grief Group’s Holiday Day Camp is a safe and supportive gathering held between Christmas and New Year’s for individuals of all ages who have experienced the loss of a loved one.
Getting to Know You
The day begins with gentle “getting to know you” activities that help participants feel welcome and connected.
Creative Arts And Crafts
Creative arts and crafts provide space for self-expression and reflection, while sharing lunch together fosters community and comfort.
Healthy Ways to Cope
We have supportive activities guide participants in exploring healthy ways to cope with grief during the holiday season.
Ending Ceremony
The camp concludes with a heartfelt Closing Ceremony to honor loved ones, offering healing, remembrance, and hope as we move into the new year.
